Ik ben net bezig met mijn tweede maand en neem 3 capsules per dag, zoals aanbevolen voor mijn knie, bij wie artritis is vastgesteld. Ik heb Joint Relief Blend ingenomen in combinatie met voorgeschreven pijnstillers en steroïde-injecties. Twee maanden geleden was de passieve pijn toen ik in de auto of fauteuil zat en's nachts in bed lag, werd de pijn al snel 10 en mijn slaap was verpest. Ik besloot dit product te proberen omdat ik af en toe last had van schouderpijn (röntgenfoto's lieten het begin van artritische veranderingen zien) en ook intermitterende artritische pijn in mijn hand. Omdat ik behoorlijk actief ben en halverwege de vijftig was ik niet van plan toe te geven aan artritis - en hoewel sceptisch - dacht ik dat ik dit eens zou proberen... en tot nu toe gaat het goed - geen problemen! (Nu 3 maanden) - Ik zou het iedereen zeker aanraden om het 3 maanden te geven en te kijken hoe het met je gaat! Wat (behalve vervelende pijn) heb je te verliezen? 😊

Sinds 14 november van dit jaar heb ik
gebruik dit product samen met een extract van de Grunlippmuschel van Krauterhaus Sanct Bernhard in Bad Ditzenbach in Bayern/Duitsland. De Grunlippmuschel is een muschel uit Nieuw-Zeeland. En sinds jaren gebruik ik Glucosamine Chondroitine, dus mijn ervaring gaat verder terug dan sinds 14-11-24. Ik gebruik ook veel vitamines en mineralen zoals ijzer, koper, vit. B, C, D, K 2 Deze combinatie is dus mijn dagelijkse dosis voedingssupplementen met andere superfoods. Mijn resultaten zijn meestal het beste, maar door dit koude, natte en mistige weer voelen mijn spieren en botten roestig en stijf aan. Niet echt pijnlijk, maar alsof de mist in mijn botcellen kruipt en de kou
maakt het niet beter. Alle goede producten van de natuur kunnen de afwezigheid van zonlicht niet compenseren. Je moet bewegen, maar in dit klimaat kun je beter binnen blijven en je lichaam warm houden.
